Eligibility
The Simple Pest Referral Program is open to all active customers of Simple Pest who refer new customers to our pest control services. Referrals must be new customers who have not previously used Simple Pest.
Referral Reward
For each successful referral, the referring customer will receive a credit equivalent to one free pest control service.
- The referral is considered “successful” once the new customer completes their first paid service with Simple Pest.
- Referral credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may only be applied toward future Simple Pest services.
Redeeming Your Free Service
Referral credits can be redeemed for a future pest control service.
They cannot be exchanged for cash, applied to past invoices, or combined with other promotions or discounts.
Cancellation or Account Closure
If a customer with unused referral credits cancels their service or account, any remaining credits will be forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
Program Modifications
Simple Pest reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the referral program at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected on our website or communicated directly to participants.
Limitation of Liability
Simple Pest is not responsible for any technical issues, miscommunications, or errors that may affect a customer’s ability to participate in or benefit from the referral program.
Acceptance of Terms
Participation in the Simple Pest Referral Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
