What You’ll Do
- Own your territory: canvass high-potential neighborhoods during peak hours.
- Start conversations, build quick rapport, and deliver a clear, value-driven pitch.
- Qualify, present pricing, and close same-day starts with confident objection handling.
- Set accurate expectations, capture clean customer info, and schedule service.
- Track activity and results in the CRM; hit daily/weekly KPIs.
- Represent the brand professionally and follow all safety/ethics standards.
Pay & Perks
- Base pay: $18/hr plus commission..
- Commission: Tiered, uncapped (paid on first-service plus recurring).
- Bonuses: Daily/weekly close bonuses, spiffs (high-value targets, reviews, installs).

- Growth: Team lead, and sales manager tracks.
You Are
- A people-first closer who thrives outside, enjoys friendly competition, and loves earning what you’re worth.
- Organized and coachable, with strong communication and follow-through.
- Comfortable working afternoons/evenings and some Saturdays.
- Required: 18+, valid driver’s license, ability to walk 5–8 miles/day, lift 25 lbs, pass background check.
- Nice to have: Prior direct sales experience, pest control, home services, or retail sales.
Training You’ll Receive
- Sales playbook: Create Rapport → Build Value → Close the Sale.
- Objection handling for price, “need to talk to spouse,” and “want to think about it.”
- Product knowledge on our Tri-Zone exterior/interior protocol and re-service guarantee.
- Territory planning, safety, and CRM best practices.
